1. Parties

This agreement has been concluded between the SELLER whose information is given below and the BUYER.

2. Definitions

• "Seller": Dilara Hocaoglu - MANAS STUDIO
• "Buyer": Natural or legal person placing an order through the website
• "Product": Textile products offered for sale on the website
• "Order": Shopping requests placed by the Buyer through the website
• "Website": www.manasstudio.com address and its subpages

3. Subject of Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER electronically from the SELLER's website.

4. Order and Sales Terms

To place an order through our website:

• You must be 18 years of age or have obtained consent from your legal guardian
• You must provide valid and accurate contact information
• You must successfully complete the payment process

Your order is processed upon receipt of payment confirmation. An order confirmation email will be sent to you. Orders may be cancelled depending on stock availability, in which case your payment will be refunded.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include VAT. Prices may be changed without prior notice. However, price changes after order placement will not affect your existing orders. Shipping costs are stated separately and added to your order total.

Payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Single Payment with Bank/Credit Card, Installment Payment (depending on card and bank eligibility). All payment transactions are processed through the secure payment infrastructure provided by iyzico Odeme Hizmetleri A.S.

6. Delivery

Your orders are delivered via Yurtici Kargo. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability and delivery address. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Shipping cost is 300 TL.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise your right of withdrawal: The product must be unused, with its tag attached, and in its original packaging. Products where the right of withdrawal cannot be used: Products requiring hygiene (underwear, swimwear, etc.), used products.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website (texts, images, logos, designs, software and other materials) is the property of MANAS STUDIO and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification or commercial use of this content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the website will operate without interruption or errors. Access to the website may be temporarily interrupted due to technical failures, maintenance work or force majeure. Product images and descriptions are for informational purposes; there may be minor differences from the actual product.

10. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in the resolution of any disputes that may arise between the parties. For consumer complaints, you can apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
