Return & Exchange Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you can return products purchased from MANAS STUDIO within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date without giving any reason.
2. Return Conditions
For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and not tried on
- The original tag and hanger must be attached
- The product must be in its original packaging and undamaged
- The invoice or order information must be included in the return package
- It must reach us within the 14-day return period
Important: The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products requiring hygiene (underwear, swimwear, etc.). Returns of used, washed, damaged or de-tagged products will not be accepted.
3. Return Process

Prepare the Product
Package the product in its original packaging, with tags attached and including the invoice.
Ship the Package
Send the product to the address below via Yurtici Kargo. Shipping must be sender-paid.
Track Your Return
After the product reaches us, it will be inspected and your refund process will begin.

4. Refund
After your return request is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. For payments made by credit card, the refund amount will be credited to your card. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
Note: Shipping costs are not included in the refund amount. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
5. Exchange
If you want to request a size or color exchange, you first need to return the existing product and then place a new order. This way you can get the product you want faster. Contact us for your exchange request and we will assist you.
6. Defective Products
If the product is delivered to you defective:
- Notify us within 30 days from the date you received the product
- Send photos of the defect via email
- Shipping costs for defective products are covered by us
- You can request an exchange with a non-defective product or a refund
7. Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Used, washed or damaged products
- Products with tags removed or cut
- Products requiring hygiene (underwear, swimwear, bikini, etc.)
- Customized products made to special order
- Products past the 14-day withdrawal period
