1. Shipping

All our orders are delivered via Yurtici Kargo. After your order is confirmed and payment is completed, it is prepared and shipped as soon as possible. Shipping cost is added to the order total and is 300 TL for all of Turkey.

2. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days. This time is valid from when your order is shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on the following factors:

• The region of the delivery address
• Stock availability
• Official holidays
• Shipping volume
• Weather conditions and other external factors

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number, you can track your shipment live on the Yurtici Kargo website or mobile application.

It is important to enter correct and complete address information when placing your order. Make sure your address information includes the following details:

• Full address (neighborhood, street, building number, apartment number)
• District and city
• Postal code
• Contact phone number

5. During Delivery

Things to consider during shipping delivery:

• Check the outer packaging of your package before receiving it
• If there is damage or crushing, receive it by having a report prepared
• You may be asked to show ID when receiving
• If you are not at the address, the package can be picked up from the cargo branch
